Welcome to Foxboro Stud

​

We are a small stud in the heart of England. 

​

Established in 1996, we are now on our 4th generation of horses and have been lucky enough to follow our homebred horses through both National and International competition. 

​

Breeding for all 3 Olympic disciplines, dressage, eventing and show jumping, our foals often have a very stong dual discipline pedigree meaning that they can be aimed at whatever disciplines their owners wish to follow.  Indeed, we have bred several horses that have competed to a high level in more than one.

​

Our foals are sold at 6 months old, apart from any we retain, after they have been weaned and we stay in touch and are always happy to offer advice to their new owners, many of whom have become lifelong friends.  Indeed, many have come back and purchased from us again.  

 

We take great care in matching our mares to stallions as we ultimately want trainable horses, with ability, but with great temperaments that will be rideable for amateur as well as professional owners.  We also want them to be nice horses to handle and be around.  

 

We often have a waiting list for foals with some even being sold 'in-utero'.
